The Seton Development Board is a philanthropic group of exceptional women passionate about furthering excellence in women’s healthcare. Seton Development Board raises awareness and critical funds for various women’s health initiatives at Ascension Seton Medical Center and Dell Seton Medical Center.
With a charter membership of 52 prominent and generous women of Austin, The Seton Development Board was organized in the fall of 1977. Last year, the Seton Development Board raised over $350,000 to expand psychiatry and mental health services within the NICU at ASMCA.
In total, this group has provided over $13 million dollars to a variety of programs and projects. Programs and initiatives such as:
- Breast Care Center
- Seton Heart Specialty Care
- Seton Nurse Scholarship Endowment
- Equipment for mental and behavioral health
