My family of 5 is incredibly grateful for all you have done for our family! Every time we have been to a Seton facility, we have been treated with kindness, provided support, and cared for beyond our expectations. Thank you to everyone (and there are many of you) who have touched my family’s life over the years. This family appreciates you!
I actually spent a week with my son at Dell Children’s at the very start of this pandemic. Back in March, over the course of the week, things started to shut down as news of COVID spread. That was 10 months ago. You have been working through the intense changes and uncertainties of this pandemic. We pray for your safety, healthy, and mental well-being.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!
Thank you for your bravery and selflessness in being on the front lines of this pandemic. You are heroes! I am so thankful for every one of you.
I would like to truly state how much you have done for us and I admire everyone’s work whether healthcare or frontline worker. thank you so much for not putting your hands down but continued to fight even when the situation was unbeavle! Thank you so much and have a wonderful holiday!
THANK YOU for caring and serving for all in need! You are a SHINING LIGHT for all of our community, and make us so
PROUD. Giving THANKS for you all!
Thank you. Two words mean so very much and yet in the end they change little, unless you take the time to listen to them. Thank You. You are amazing. You are dedicating your life to save others. You are making a difference. You are HumanCare. You are appreciated. Thank you!
Dear Care Giver:
Thank you for all you do, specially in these difficult times. Your hard work, commitment and true dedication inspires all to be better.
What you do every day is beyond admirable. There are not enough thanks I can give or express for the gratitude I feel for all of you. What you do is beyond words. Please know, people you don’t even know are sending all the love and good energy to you!
Thank you for putting others first, for the tireless support and care you provide, for giving people hope and for saving lives. Thank you for all you do to help make our community a healthier and safer place. You are appreciated.
Saying thank you just is not big enough to express the level of gratitude for the service, sacrifice and commitment that is demonstrated by all the nurses, doctors and staff day in and day out. Our country is surviving because of the challenging work you do. We hear of and see the strain that the pandemic is placing on you and for that, I continue to lift you all in prayer and ask that God bless you with strength, peace and good health. We appreciate you!! May God bless you and keep you.
Thank you for the time and work you have put into helping others during these difficult times. You are noticed and you are so appreciated. Thank you so much for your bravery, your sacrifices, and your unflagging compassion. Health care workers are heroes, and we wouldn’t be able to get through this time without you. You are truly an inspiration to all.
Thank you for all you do and for sacrificing your time and health to help others. It is very appreciated especially during this time when your health is at risk tremendously and you still go into work everyday with willingness to treat others. Your work does not go unnoticed, you are making a tremendous impact not only on the specific individual you are treating but the many loved ones they have and people they know. Thank you for all you do and I pray for a better and safer time.
Thank you so much for all the work you have done. You are our front-line fighters. The job you do is highly regarded even when there isn’t a pandemic. However, throughout this pandemic, it has been shown just how much efforts the healthcare community puts in to ensuring the citizens of America are healthy enough to do what we want. For that, I appreciate you all! You all have inspired me and a whole generation of college students to work towards the healthcare community. You are brave, honorable, and commendable human beings. Thanks!
Thank you so much for your help during these unprecedented times. You are truly our backbone. Your selflessness, bravery, and perseverance inspire me to keep on going. The Texas pre-dental society supports you 100% and we are so inspired by you! Thank you and stay safe!
I hope you are doing well in these unfortunately scary times. I just wanted to take the time to thank you for working to keep our community safe and healthy during COVID-19. Thank you for risking your own health and safety to protect those around you. That is what a true hero is! You guys are always in my prayers, thank you and God bless.

I pray that God bless us all I know these are some trying times for everyone but I’m praying for all my godly people and I ask you all to pray for me
This message is for everyone who has devoted their time and skills in the effort to help out the people in need in our health care system. I must especially thank those who chose to rise up and face the challenges presented when the Pandemic began. Rather than hiding away, you all chose to face the added risks head on; All in the name of helping others. You all deserve an award. It’s no easy choice to be on the front lines of a pandemic. It takes people with a strong emotional fortitude, who are willing to sacrifice for others. It’s my sincere hope that you know that people do see all the effort and sacrifice our health care workers have continued to make for us, and that we are all grateful. I truly hope everyone knows just how important their contributions have been. Even the smallest kindness is important, and you have gone above and beyond as health care professionals. You are all awesome! Never doubt that you are appreciated!
Thank you to all Ascension Texas caregivers and essential staff. We all would be lost without you. Your humility, selflessness and tenacity is forever appreciated. You were asked to rise up during a difficult challenge and that is no small feat. You all had what it takes to be the heroes of our nation when we were faced with this adversity and thank you for tapping into it. Your bravery does not go unnoticed and I want to thank you for all that you do and have done and will continue to do. Thank you for the time and effort you spend making sure your patients are safe and healthy. You have been the never ending change we want to see in the world. You all are great heroes, charged by the fact that we all look up to you and put our faith in you. Thank you for never letting us doubt your commitment to the cause and our family members. You all and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Feel the blessing more than the sacrifices and inconveninces.
Focus on the hope amidst the uncertainty.
See the wonder above the worry.
On an 8/12 webinar, I just heard an SMCA/DMC Nurse share some of her Covid response experiences and give witness to the dedicated, creative teamwork of her colleagues across departments to support patients and each other. Truly, you all are the hands (and heart, mind, and feet) of Christ’s love and healing. Thank you!
To all of the healthcare workers, thank you for your amazing work during this pandemic. Doing your job requires a lot of bravery and courage, as well as perseverance and determination. I am so inspired by how despite the risk, you still care for patients and perform your work at the highest level. Despite how hard times may get, I encourage you to keep moving forward and continuing your vital work. We all are cheering you on, and are all proud of the incredible and life-saving work you all have been doing.
Everyday I pray a prayer of GRATITUDE for our associates at the bedside, in the lab, food prep, environmental services, facilities, and leadership. Your witness to the Mission of our organization is a source of comfort for many in our community. May the following words from U.S. Rep. John Lewis serve as a source of inspiration: “Be hopeful. Be optimistic. Never lose that sense of hope.” Be assured, there are many who are supporting you!
Thank you all for your tireless work and compassion during this pandemic. We are all proud and fortunate to have you to take care of those who are most in need. Your personal sacrifice should be applauded.Your skills are second to none!
Brack/ Dell Seton staff have always been at the heart of care in Central Texas, now more than ever before.
I am thinking about all of y’all and praying for your safety in this unique and challenging time. You will always have the knowledge as long as you live that you did all you could to save your city from calamity. I am honored to have been your colleague in the past, and humbled to know so many of you.
God bless you all
Thanks you to all the Seton associates who are working tirelessly to heal and comfort the sick. We know you are doing it without the traditional support groups around you, especially the families of the sick and dying. Your willingness to be there when the family cannot be and to provide love and compassion is true servanthood. We are blessed to have Seton in Austin and in Central Texas. God bless you all. You are in our prayers. May the Peace of Christ be with you all.
Dear, Texas Caregivers,
We as a society are so thank you for all your time and effort in saving countless of lives. We know you’re putting your lives on the line to protect us against this deadly virus. You guys are truly brave, determined, caring, and a selfless person. There’s no word that can express how thankful we are as a society for each and every one of you. You’re a hero in our eyes. Again, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
I have always been proud of the Mission of our organization ever since I worked among you in 2004-2007, but never more proud of HOW your work and your presence in the Central Texas community is making a difference in these challenging circumstances. I simply want to let you know that as a Daughter of Charity and a member of the Ascension Texas Board of Directors it is my honor to support you by praying for your physical and spiritual well being. Our first sisters who served in Texas in the early 1900’s are cheering you on from their places in heaven! Thank you!
There are not enough words to express the gratitude I have for every nurse no matter where that nurse is working in the world! You are heroes everyday of your lives You are angels on earth and thank you for being such wonderful blessings to others!!
As the Covid-19 admissions begin to grow in the Austin/Travis County area, I am reminded daily of the amazing doctors and nurses and all supporting staff at Seton NW. You are my heroes and I cannot thank you enough for putting your lives on the line for all those you serve. Your personal sacrifice and commitment to compassionate care for all patients is appreciated and you are lifted in prayer daily. May the Lord bless you and keep you in His care and peace. There is no way to thank you adequately but just know you are appreciated and loved.
Big Thank YOU to Nicole Vella RN in SICU at Dell Seton Medical Center at UT for being a most supportive Leader, awesome Team player, and Listener. You are a” Go-Getter ” with an amazing smile at all times. It is an honor to work with you!!!
I appreciate the dedication you healthcare workers show everyday as you deal with life’s ever changing moments. You deal with patients and family members in what is often a difficult time of fear- when they are not at their best. My mom was a labor and delivery nurse for over 25 years. Rest assured that we notice, we appreciate and we value you. You are humans but you put that aside and pull yourselves together to deliver the best care you can.
Words cannot describe how truly grateful we are to have such amazing people like you in this world, especially during these unprecedented times. You are all inspirational heroes, and we all thank you for your diligence. Best wishes!
Every day you do hard things. You care for every patient and every patient’s family — each of whom is, in some ways, profoundly vulnerable — with your knowledge, your experience, and your kindness and compassion. Bless you for that. Bless you for being the compelling and inspiring expression of God’s grace. And, in this time of need like no other, bless you for staying the course, for upping your game. Because that’s who you are. And that’s what you do. For all of us.
With my deep respect and profound gratitude, today and always, Marie Crane

Through the years working at Brackenridge and after retirement coming back to volunteer, in the program I created, I’ve had a deep and abiding respect for the nurses and CA’s. Don’t mean to leave the docs out, it’s just that I was rarely around them. In a hospital system that is mission based, you have always cared for all your patients, especially those on the margins with great compassion. I honor your hearts, expertise and commitment! Be blessed and stay strong…you remain in my prayers.

You are our heroes!
Words alone cannot express my appreciation for the courage and sacrifice of the caregivers in Central Texas and across the nation and world during the COVID-19 health crisis. I have been a supporter of Ascension Seton for many years. My three children were born at Seton Medical Center Austin and my company was involved in the construction of Dell Seton Medical Center at UT. I’m reminded every day how fortunate we are to have Ascension Seton in our community. The mission of being the safety net with a focus on serving poor and vulnerable populations is so important, now more than ever. Please know we are praying for your health and safety while you’re on the front lines fighting this beast and for your families who are living without you much of the time. As we celebrate Holy Week, may God continue to bless you all, guide your actions and lift up your spirits. This too shall pass. Until then, we thank the Lord for you putting your lives on the line to protect us. You are without a doubt angels among us!
Thank you brave front-line warriors – doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, nurses aids, housekeepers, etc. who are working so hard for all of us.
May God give you strength and good health as you fight this battle to save lives.

I was hospitalized the last week of January, 2020, at Ascension/Seton on 38th street in Austin, TX. I needed an operation for a collapsed/trapped lung due to a Strep infection. I received the best care. Far better than I could have imagined. Everything from the delicious food to the daily cleaning of the room was perfect. The staff were professional, friendly, encouraging, and smiling, whether the day shift or the night shift. I loved them all. My stay was pleasant and my recovery swift and complete. I’m as healthy and hearty as before. Love to all my Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, and Administrators. You run a great hospital, worthy of your noble callings in the health field. May you long succeed in your pursuits of care….
Now more then ever I appreciate those who work in medical caregiver positions and also those personel who help them!
I wanted to take a minute to thank all of the Ascension employees for the extraordinary efforts shown during this horrible COVID-19 pandemic. I just cannot fathom what state our country would be in right now without the exhaustive work you put in trying to take care of so many people effected by this virus. From the bottom of my heart….thank you so much!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
During this time of crisis many offer thoughts and prayers. These tend to the heart and soul. I offer both and as simple encouragement a thought about heroes. Thank you for being heroes in the world. Most of the world is running and hiding in their homes, behind masks, and shunning those who are sick. From what I can find 11% of the population in this great country are in the healthcare field from CNA’s to surgeons. You are standing in the line of fire without enough ammunition and that makes you heroes in my families eyes.
Thank you, god bless, stand fast, and hold the line, the bombs will stop someday… and then heroes, you rest with our small thanks
To ALL of the amazing people that are protecting and serving our community. We are so inspired by what you all do every single day! We have been proud supporters of Ascension Texas for years. It is such an uncertain time for everyone involved, and doing all that you are doing while juggling personal demands cannot be easy. We want you to know from the ENTIRE TIff’s Treats Team that we see you and appreciate you all.
Our family wanted to reach out and let you know how incredibly grateful we are for your service, knowledge, courage, and caring during this historic time of uncertainty. Thank you for risking your life every day for the benefit of others. You all are true hero’s!
Much Gratitude- The Melguizo Family

The daily risks you take, your selflessness and sacrifice, your dedication and determination to treat the sick and hurting………..we are a very blessed country, and Ascension is a blessed healthcare organization making an immeasurable difference every day. I couldn’t feel more proud and thankful, and am inspired by everything behind the scenes I’ll never even fathom that y’all do every day to impact every community you touch. God bless every single one of y’all!!!

Thank you to all the people who work with Ascension Seton! Everyone has made an effort to continue serving the community, patient’s, family members, and staff. Your service has not gone unnoticed, and we understand that this year of 2020 has brought a terrible pandemic to the United States, yet everyone has put on there brave face to take care of the people and we appreciate the effort, and I support you for putting yourselves out there for the health of others. I have the pleasure of being part of Ascension Seton to also assist and take care of our patient’s. Thank you again for everyone’s effort.
Your lives depend on us now! We’re doing our part and keep you all in our prayers.
I want to take this time to say thank you. I know that these are difficult times for all of us but I can’t imagine the toll that is it is taking on you being in the front lines day in and day out! What you are experiencing and seeing is completely unprecedented and you are our heroes. I’m sure you don’t feel this way but you are. You are having to do things on the fly while exhausted and feeling helpless and maybe even frustrated that you can’t do more and have all the resources that you need.
Let me pray for you:
Father God, I thank you for each and every doctor, nurse and medical staff that is on the front lines giving everything they have to fight this virus and help each person. I pray for their personal safety, health, strength and protection. Give them the strength, wisdom and discernment to meet the need for each person that they encounter. Take care of their families during this time as they work hard and long hours away from those they love. Let us see the light and the end of this by providing the antivirus and having the virus end and die in its tracks. I pray also that you give them a restful and peaceful sleep when its their turn to rest.
Know that we see you and are so ever grateful for all that you are doing! Don’t give up. We are going to get past this!
Hello Health Warriors for That is what you are! What courage, devotion & dedication you each display. I salute you, thank you & pray for you daily. May God bless you.

Thank you for caring for my mother during this hard time she was tested for the virus and has been hospitalized since Monday she was having breathing problems and heart trouble. She tested negative But still continues to be in the hospital. Thank you all for your long hours caring and even loving on my mom during this hard time when we can’t be there prayers for each of you.
Thanks everyone for taking care of us in this time of over-flowing hospitals and over-worked people
In 2017, the Dell Children’s Medical Center staff saved my daughter’s life. I am forever grateful and I hope you all stay strong and healthy and have ALL the supplies you need! I just donated to the Seton COVID-19 fund to help in whatever small way I can. Thank you for being heroes.
Many days while working/volunteering at Ascension Providence I would wonder how many angels are working today. I pray this prayer for each of you 24/7… Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on each who are committed to serving the sick . May God’s holy angels always surround you.
I’m always proud of you, but I’m especially proud of all you are doing to help, to serve and to navigate us through this frightening crisis. It takes special people to share themselves the way you are. It takes special people to give their love to others the way you do. Thank you. God Bless You. During the many years I worked with you in the Seton network I have seen your dedication to our mission of caring.
You are always in my prayers. So much so during these trying days. To all of you, doctors, nurses, aides and everyone in each area of the hospital, God’s blessings of strength, endurance, patience and health.
I want you to know that the Sisters here at the Seton residence in Evansville, Indiana are praying for you.
All my love,
Keep the faith
Know we care
I am on my fourth day as a resident and this is my second time to be a patient here. This hospital gets a 10 from me. These folks are serious here about care taking. The surgery staff is wonderful. Friendly, compassionate and professional. The fifth floor staff are top notch. With each shift change another great crew replaces a great crew. These are trying times in our country but these medical professionals are carrying on and doing so with smiles and compassion.
To all nurses at Seton Williamson. Bless you for the great job you are doing
We have used Seton Kyle emergency three different occasions. The people there are beyond pleasant and caring. Thank you and we are praying for your safety during these times.
Praying for God’s hand of protection over each of you and your families. God bless you all.
Thank you to everyone working hard to support our patients during this virus. I truly appreciate you and your dedication! Prayers for you and your loved ones!
Every morning around 6:30 am, I pass the folks coming to work at Dell Children’s. I wish them a good shift but what I really want to do is hug them and thank them for all they do.
I feel the same towards all of you in this difficult time. I can’t imagine what it must be like for you, your families, this ein your care. But have a profound respect for your willingness to accept the inconvenience and risk of seeking to help others heal.
The word hero is greatly overused and often for people that might just be famous or lucky. The quiet work you do gets little if any fame and takes no luck, only selfless dedication to what you do. That makes all of you my heroes.
You are in our thoughts and prayers. I so wish there was more we could do to support you during this time.
Thank you all for everything you are doing to keep us all safe. YOUR SELFLESSNESS & DEDICATION does not go unnoticed. The CARE and DEVOTION You are providing is GREATLY APPRECIATED!! YOU ALL are the BACKBONE of our community. May GOD BLESS You and Your Families and keep you safe during these trying times. Our PRAYERS are with YOU ALL 🙏🙏
There are not enough words or prayers to say how grateful we are for your community of caregivers! BUT we continue to lift you up and embrace the day when we can celebrate your victories from these horrific times.
May you feel His comfort, peace, and protection as you tackle each day the obstacles you face! 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much for all you do. We appreciate you!
I want to take a minute to complement the nursing staff that takes care of all patients. On March 12 th I was volunteering on 4 north and about 50 minutes into my service I had to go to the emergency room because of extreme pain in my back. I had a very good idea what it was, Kidney Stones. I was examined by your great staff of doctors and nurses. After a CT Scan and a MRI it showed stones in my left and right kidneys. My left kidney was the worse with a 13 and 15mm stones stuck in my urator. I also had a bad kidney infection due to the back up of the urine in my body. I was taken to the operating room for surgery to place stents in both kidneys. The nurses in the operating room and the doctor were fantastic. I was then admitted to 4 South and the wonderful nurses and PCT took over. I has a foley to relieve the pressure and it caused extreme pain. The night nurse, Rae Luna, was fantastic in caring for my pain and then in the morning the day nurse, Caliday, I might have forgotten her name took treat care of me during my 2.5 days I stayed in the facility. The smiles and caring attitude showed and was greatly appreciated. Like I stated earlier I volunteer on 4 North and enjoy my being able to help out and lighten their load. Nurse supervisor, Paul, Charge Nurse Angelica, nursing’s staff Angelica, Michelle, and all the others to include The PCT staff and the room cleaner are the best to volunteer with on the days I volunteer. To both staffs and the others nurses I say, May God be with you always. The lord tells us to help others to care for the sick and those that are in need. I cannot wait to get back when the emergency is over with and to see their smiling faces. God Bless Providence and the care given to who enter your facility. Jesus is always with us but at times we need to change our focus and pray for healing of the patients, care givers and management of the hospital. I pray this for all of you, in Jesus Christ Name………
Thank you for your dedication. Always appreciated but never as much as now.
Thanks to all the medical and essential personnel who tirelessly work putting themselves at risk during this crisis. You are SO appreciated.

YOU are the mission in action as you serve with your healing hands and open heart.
I hope you find peace and comfort knowing we are all praying for your well being as well as that of your families.
We are so grateful to have all of you working so tirelessly to heal our community! We can’t thank you enough for all that you do on a daily basis, especially during this crisis. I miss the staff and patients on the 4th floor. You are all in my heart and in my prayers!
We can’t thank you enough for the compassion, kindness, competence, and bravery you are showing on a daily basis caring for COVID-19 patients in Central Texas.
Our boundless gratitude is with you as you care for these sick patients, helping them fight this virus and its complications.
I was lucky enough to deliver all three of my children at a Seton Hospital, and my two younger ones have been recently cared for at Dell Children’s. The quality of care is second to none. I know for a fact that you are going out of your way everyday to do your very best for these patients. You are truly making a difference in this community, and you are most important people in town right now. Our thanks and respect could not be greater.
I ache that our NODA volunteers can’t share the burden of patient comfort with you at this time. And I thank you for resuming the overtime mantle of both expert medical care, and patient comfort. You are priceless – now and always.
With blessings for your vocation and ministry in medicine – Lillian
I am very grateful for the way people are showing their love to us “the frontline healthcare giver” I really do appreciate your prayers and generosity. At work today we had free lunch from Jimmy johns and chips from Siete at end of shift. Thanks and God rewards us all abundantly as we go through this COVID-19 together.
I feel safe because of you. Thank you!
Thank you for your wisdom, expertise, and loving care you share during this time of great challenge. I am PROUD to be a member of the Ascension Texas family.
Blessings to you all !
Dell Children’s has been a special place of healing for our family many times over the years with our children and our friends’ children. I’m always so impressed with the love, professionalism and tender-heartedness of everyone. During this vulnerable time, thank you so much for continuing to dedicate yourselves and risking your own health to provide the same unwavering love and support to your current patients. All the nurses, aides, cleaners, practitioners, therapists and doctors who are giving of themselves selflessly, thank YOU!!!!
I really appreciate all that you are doing to support our community during this pandemic. Your skills are very important and I wanted to let you know you make a difference every day.
I know that you are burdened by the time you are spending at work and I hope you are taking whatever small breaks as a moment to read something uplifting or doing a small self care act for your wellbeing. You deserve it.
Thank you for serving our community. Your resilience and strength is admirable and heroic. I trust the Lord will protect and provide for you each moment. Even in the hardest of times, we see bright lights like you all who are showing love and generosity in the darkest of times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We love all of you.
Please know how much your work means to us. Thank you so much for getting up every day and going to work. You are risking so much so that your patients AND those of us at home can stay healthy. I also want to thank your families too. You are the real heroes!
Thank you for all you are doing, especially now, to keep the folks of our area alive and as healthy as they can be. I am sure you are working crazy hours and with proper precautions, may be feeling as isolated and lonely as the rest of us but also burned out from the stress and work. Many of which we could help in a more material way but at least know that your kindness and work ethic are appreciated and this good you are doing will surely come back to you a hundred fold. 😉
With warmest regards,
To all the nurses and staff but with a special shout out to everyone on 4 West, you have been in my thoughts and prayers. If I could bring you chocolate every day I would. I know you are all working very hard in a difficult and scary time. I salute you. In normal times I saw what fabulous health care providers you are. I know that excellence continues as you go about your day to day care of your patients. I send lots of positive energy your way. My brother, a science guy, often says “the positrons are flowing.”
Take care and stay safe. I miss seeing your smiling and caring faces.
You are awesome! thank you for all you do and are doing. We would love to give you a huge hug!
Please know that during these extremely trying times, we all are not just leaning on you, but wish to lean into you and lift you up. To give you the support and care that you are so generously offering to your patients and colleagues. May you feel our strength and patience when you feel exhausted and frustrated. May you feel our love and gratitude when you are the only voice or face our loved ones see. When you feel frightened and fear defeat, please feel our unwavering hope and faith and know that you are not alone.

I pray daily for your staff. The entire staff at this hospital are the most professional and caring staff that I have dealt with. Thank you for helping, caring, and healing.
Thank you to everyone for their selflessness and dedication. Between all the clinicians and support staff, it’s amazing to see everyone pulling together to care for our community and each other! I am awed and humbled by your willingness to sacrifice so much of yourselves. Dear Ascension Team,
My family and I just wanted to send a personal note to each of you thanking you for your sacrifices that you are making for the rest of us. You are putting yourselves in harms way every day and we truly appreciate it.
We have you in our thoughts and prayers.
The Ross Family
Many thanks to all of my fellow nurses that are working in the adult acute care settings. I now work in Mother/Baby, so my job is largely trying to protect our mothers and their infants against this new virus. I spent many years in adult ICU’s and post-surgical environments however, so I know what your field looks, smells and feels like. I know your focus is double-edged. You are trying to protect your patients, while trying to protect yourselves and your loved ones.
I’m holding vigil in prayer during each of my shifts for you. Keep faith, work smart, relish moments of goodness! I’ve got your back.
Know that you are appreciated!! Thank you for your sacrifice as you continue to follow your heart by serving in the medical field. Prayers for your safety!
For over 50 years I have been proud of and grateful for the Ascension Family but never more than now. To all the Ascension Family who are on the front lines risking your lives to serve our community in these frightening times I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are my heroes and my inspiration and are in my prayers and those of generations of Johnson’s now and always.

Thank you to the IDRU team at ASMCA, especially Matt, Megan and Sarah, for their expert guidance, education and patience for the leaders and caregivers as we stood up our first Acute Care COVID-19 unit on 6North. You are tireless angels sent from heaven, and hero’s on the front line of this battle. Your support made the transition go smoothly and eased some of the apprehension the caregivers had so they could provide patient care. THANK YOU!
I’m so grateful for your compassion and your expertise! Thank you for your dedicated service.
I miss holding and loving babies in the NICU; I pray this time will come again soon.

Being a former employee for 11 years, my mother was an employee for 8 years, and my father was a volunteer for many years at Seton on 38th Street, I have a very special place in my heart for you all. I pray for you all daily asking God to protect you physically from the COVID-19. I also ask God to give you discernment in caring for your patients, strength to work the endless hours, and peace and comfort as you deal with the stress, heartaches, and all you must endure. Thank you for giving of yourselves so selflessly. You are a blessing to us in the Austin and central Texas area. I’m praying for God to bless each of you!!

Thank you, thank you for all that you do to help keep our community healthy in so many ways. Please take good care of yourselves, too, and stay well. Of all the things I miss doing in the world outside of my home, volunteering at Dell Seton is at the top over the list. I so look forward to the day when we are all safely reconnected again! Thank you for helping to bring this time sooner! Virtual hugs to y’all!

It is so frustrating to not be with you at this time. Know that you are missed and that I am praying for your safety. Your dedication and loving care for each patient is so appreciated. Please, Lord, may this pass soon.
Ellen, your 2nd and 3rd floor Ambassador volunteer
The ladies on the third floor who support the children with toys/visits/upbeat messages are the best. Their visits encourage family and patients as your employees exude love and concern. They are awesome!
Sending utmost appreciation, admiration and support to YOU and YOUR FAMILIES.
Wish we had supplies to give. Don’t have ANY at all.😖.
Take really good care because

Thank you for giving yourselves to our community and for sacrificing for us. I will leave you with this one verse in God’s word:
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
May you not grow weary and not be faint, but soar on wings like eagles!
Our love to you,

I hope this blesses you today! We are thankful for everything you do.
Thank you for your selfless acts of service. We greatly appreciate all that you are doing in the front lines of this pandemic . The anxieties are high but always remember why we all are in the health care industry in the first place….Because we love and care for mankind….BE THE LIGHT FOR SOMEONE TODAY! You may be the only light they see. Share God’s love and kindness along the way. God bless you all and may he keep you and all of us safe today and in the coming days.

I ask for God’s divine help and protection over each medical staff at Ascension Seton and all hospitals. Your community prays with you and sends you support and strength. Thank you for your service in battling covid19.
There are truly no words that can describe the amount of gratitude that I have for all of you who are working the front lines and battling this outbreak. To know that you are at the forefront of not just taking care of a person’s medical needs, but their emotional needs is such a true example of what it is to do God’s work. I pray for all of you everyday that our most loving and wonderful God wraps you in His armor of protection and sends you home safe and sound to your families.

I’m alive because of the Seton staff and for the gift of more days I will always appreciate and love you all. I wish I could run to the hospital and say it in person right now, but know how invaluable you are and the countless ways your sacrifices transform into miracles for those you serve. Stay strong. Be well. And we’ll see you on the other side of this as the heroes I know you are.
Words cannot truly express the gratitude that is in my heart for all of you. On a good day, your profession is stressful enough. These times add 100% to that stress with more care needed, concern for your patients and then home to your families. May God bless each one of you with abundance, patience and health.
There is just one story. The oldest. Light vs. dark. And although it would appear that dark has a lot more territory, that would be looking at it wrong. Darkness. Because once it was only dark. Light is winning.
Love is greater than any emotion: fear dissolves in it, anger disintegrates, pain floats free. The bridge between the unknown and the known is always love. To all my friends on the front line. Love is with you, it is your ally. The name of God is Love.
Dalores, Marilyn, Megan, Meghan, Nancy, Sharon, and all the others in PACU that I just can’t remember your names right now, you all are my family and I care for you like my own sisters. We know, and God knows the sacrifices you are making, the risks that you take. You are loved and cared about, God bless and watch over you and your families in this time of need. I miss you and those beautiful babies very much. Love ya.
All of you are true heroes. We are all so Blessed to have you at Ascension Providence. As a long time volunteer I know what you do.

Caregivers across Ascension Texas are true examples of what St. Vincent de Paul shared so many, many years ago…

I have always been in awe of anyone connected with the field of medicine. Your selfless and tireless spirit of giving of your time, talent, compassion, and love sets you at the pinnacle of any society.
As you work to heal and comfort, please accept my humble gratitude for all you have done and continue to do to alleviate suffering and to soothe the troubled spirits of your patients.

This too shall pass and we will all come out the other side of this scary time stronger, different in positive ways.
God be with you!

Many thanks for the tireless work of the PARS, clinical and administrative staff, doctors, maintenance, cleaning, those who feed patients, stockers, and all who serve the patients of Seton and especially Ascension Seton Northwest. I miss volunteering but once this crisis passes will see you all again. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Susan

Thank you so much for all of your hard work during this time of crisis. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
Saying prayers for everyone keeping our community healthy on the front lines! You have my support. Thank you for all that you do!!!
The amazing Dell Seton team saved my husband’s life in 2018. The doctors, aides, food service employees, social workers, surgeons, chaplains, cleaning staff, and most especially the unparalleled incredible nurses are our heroes. We are grateful for them every day. They create a safe place for us when we need it most, and now it’s our time to support them. We’ve got your backs! We are sending you love and thanks from the bottom of our hearts.
To all of the amazing caregivers and staff working at the hospital – thank you! We will never fully understand the extent of what each of you are doing to keep the hospital running, from caring for patients to keeping everything clean, but know that you are all heroes for all your efforts! We aren’t there to help (following the rules about staying home!), but we are sending love and prayers to you all. May you find the strength, determination, an occasional joyful moment and anything else you need each day to continue to do this important and valuable service for our community. You are so appreciated!
I want to thank you all for the hard unselfish work you have been doing the last few weeks. I miss everyone and hope for everything to get back to normal very soon.
Thanks and may God bless all of the dedicated health care providers for their service during this critical time throughout our local area and around the world!
Thank you for all of your hard work at this time. We all greatly appreciate what you are doing day and night for the safety of everyone. Hope yall are safe and I wish yall the best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do!
Thank you so much for putting your lives on the line to protect us and keep us healthy. All of you inspire me and further my drive for wanting to pursue a career in healthcare- I am sending all of my love, prayers, and support your way, while you continue to embody what it means to sacrifice yourself for the sake of others.
If I was ill, I couldn’t think of a better team to be at my side. Having been on the front lines, I know what it is like to be in the fray. We are not in the epicenter of this mysterious killer but it lurks just around the corner. We were trained then, and you now, to be constantly on guard and ready for the unexpected. Sitting alerts, as an aircrew member, we described it as, “Hours and hours of shear boredom, interrupted by moments of stark terror”. Keep the faith, this too shall pass. Looking forward to seeing you soon, but as a volunteer
To the caregivers who keep going,
I just want to thank you for all your hard work and dedication. You are in the heroes in the trenches. When things get hard, remember you always have your breath, taking a couple deep breaths to help you remain focused and centered. Please know, my family is praying for y’all every night. You are appreciated and loved! May you feel our support during this time.
Love and prayers to all,
The Basalla Family
Thank you so very much for all you are doing for people who need your help. May God bless each of you and keep you safe and healthy. Words cannot express the thanks that are in my heart for each of you. There is a special place for each of you. GOD BLESS.
I just wanted to thank everyone working to keep the hospitals running right now. From doctors to nurses to PTs and aides and administration staff and everyone else that I missed, y’alls work is so essential and so important and I cannot imagine being in your shoes right now. Thank you so much for being on the frontlines and everything y’all are sacrificing to take care of the Austin community!
A big thank you to the Ascension Seton team. The Austin community is so very thankful for all of your hard work, care, and sacrifice. We are all rooting for you from home.
We can’t thank you enough for all you do. As a volunteer I miss coming in and helping because you

sacrifice will never be forgotten. Stay well.

Lifting you daily in prayer.🙏🏻❤️
Thank you for all that you do. You inspire us to do all we can for our community and sacrifice our needs for the well-being of others, just as you do. Stay strong!
While visiting patients and families as a volunteer each week in the waiting rooms and patients’ rooms, I have seen how caring, patient and knowledgeable the medical staff is at Ascension Seton Hays. However, I didn’t fully realize how much of an impact this has on the patients until last year when I was hospitalized for a few days. Everyone I encountered on my hospital stay was absolutely wonderful! I felt so cared for and completely confident that I was getting the best possible medical treatment available! Now those same wonderful people who took care of me are devotedly caring for patients with COVID-19. Every day I pray for your health and well-being and that you will have the strength and wisdom to minister to these patients. God bless you all!
Thank you so much for continuing to work despite conditions that are less than ideal. Your efforts result in lives saved. Thank you.
As a volunteer at Seton Northwest Hospital I have witnessed all the work that you do every day under normal circumstances. I can’t imagine how much more difficult and dangerous work you are going thru now because of the Corona virus pandemic. I pray for your safety and hope that this will be over soon so we can all return to our normal lives and I can get back to my volunteer job.
Think and pray for y’all daily!
You are true heroes!
Pray this lets up soon.
We will return to support you as a volunteer soon.
Virtual hug for each of you. Take care of yourselves too.
I want to share my thanks to Tracey, the 3 Jenny’s, Brianna, Sola, Ashley and the rest of 4 North. You are amazing and, I’m so honored to have met you all. I see how dedicated and hardworking you are and I want to thank you for all of it. I know times are hard right now and there’s not much I can do, but I will continue to sing my gratitude for your service. God bless you.
You have my love and support during this horrible time. The doctors and nurses at the Ascension Seton Hospitals are the BEST and you are so very much appreciated for all you do. I pray for you everyday that God will keep you safe and well. Bless you each and everyone for your dedicated service.
Thank you for being our FRONT LINE CARE WARRIORS! You are amazing for providing care to our community that we desperately need. And thank you to all our health care providers behind the scenes in any support role you provide. All of you are sacrificing so many things for us, and we are BLESSED to have you do what you do. Our world is better because you are in it!
Whether we are in the hospital with you or working from afar, we are there with you in spirit and keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.
Wrapping you in a community of support and gratitude!
With love and admiration,
During this time of such unprecedented daily change in our community, we are encouraged to protect both ourselves and others by distancing. Unfortunately, when the health of the population is at risk, you are the ones that have to go above and beyond, putting yourself at risk for the greater good of the community. There are no words that can express the gratitude and respect that not only I have but our whole community has for each and every one you. Thank you so much for what you are doing, for your sacrifice and your skill and dedication in caring for both the sick as well as your help in preventing the spread of this crazy disease. Thank you so much! You are in our prayers for protection! God Bless! Robyn

I want to be like you when I grow up.
Thank you for all your sacrifices, your diligence, your bravery and your commitment.
May the Lord continue to give you wisdom, strength, patience, discernment and peace.
